FeedWatch, feed management software designed from
a philosophy of flexibility while maintaining complete
analytical ability. FeedWatch works with mixer trucks and
wagons, or with stationary mixers and delivery trucks. The
FeedWatch program uses an industrialized mixer scale indicator,
made by GSE Scale Systems, and a Grayhill ultra bright LED
external display. The software will monitor feed usage, sales,
purchasing, animal intakes and cost. Other features include
export files for consultants, graphing, customizable reports,
user security levels, chemistry levels, current and forecasting

The FeedWatch Scale Indicator is controlled by a specially
designed version of FeedWatch and is fitted with a FeedWatch
keypad. The software gives feeders and managers the power to
handle the most complicated or basic feeding scenarios.
The Scale Indicator is manufactured by GSE Scale Systems, a
leading supplier of agricultural and industrial weighing
equipment. GSE was founded in 1968 and has been designing and
manufacturing weighing systems since 1981. GSE and Valley
Agricultural Software have been working together to develop the
most comprehensive and powerful feed management equipment and
software package available to the world. |

The newly designed FeedWatch display virtually bullet proof.
This new rugged design has been tested on the toughest dairies
in the world with great success! Unique in the industry with its
LED High Bright 12 character screen. The high bright screen
makes it perfectly viewable in direct sunlight from great
distances away. Each character is 4” X 4”. The display allows
FeedWatch to give instructions to the feeder using names of
ingredients and locations of the ingredient if desired. With the
scrolling ability, FeedWatch can even carry messages to the
feeder from the manager in the office. All new displays come
with cables and a free (optional) stainless steel hood. |

The Radio Frequency Modems provide a Real Time reliable wireless
connection between the mixer(s) and the office computer. This
ensures that the information is the same on all ends at all
times. FW-Stub program runs in the background and automatically
coordinates data transfer between the two programs. Using
various antenna configurations, it is possible to have this
occur over a distance of several miles. |
